Women, Infants & Children (WIC)
Provides supplemental food vouchers to pregnant and breastfeeding women, infants and children up to age five. This federally funded program is limited to income eligible clients.
Vital Statistics
Provides forms to order certified copies of birth and death certificates. Order Birth or Stillbirth Certificate; Death Certificate; Marriage Certificate or Divorce Certificates online from "Vital Records Ordering System" website at https://secure.kentucky.gov/VitalRecords/Default.aspx.
KCHIP Information
The Kentucky Children's Health Insurance Program (KCHIP) is free or low cost health insurance for children. KCHIP is for children under the age of 19 who do not have health insurance and whose family income is below 200 percent of the federal poverty level. For example, a family of four can earn up to $42,400 a year.
